• 2 seasons as captain and 1 season as assistant captain during junior and college

• Russ is our longest tenured Prosper coach, with our program since 2015
• He has coached youth hockey since 2009

• 5 years of coaching experience with Sylvan Lake Minor Hockey Association - Canada

• Victory Green Girls - Head Coach of four all girls teams ranging from 10U to 14U
